De Doofpot is a local party question game. Players choose a group size and spice level, answer prompts on one device, and reveal shuffled anonymous answers for the active round.
This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and how long it is kept.
De Doofpot does not create user accounts, ask for names, request contact details, access contacts, collect precise location, use advertising identifiers, or sell personal information.
Answers typed during a round are used only inside the current game flow. They are not attached to player names and are not intentionally written to permanent storage by the app.
Answers are kept only while a round is active so the app can show the anonymous results screen. Starting over, leaving the round, or resetting the game flow clears those answers from gameplay.
Players should avoid entering private, sensitive, harmful, or identifying information that they would not want other players in the room to read.
The app may use Firebase and other basic platform services to load game prompt content and operate the app. These service providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, device information, request logs, crash data, or diagnostics as needed to deliver, secure, and maintain their services.
De Doofpot does not use this information for advertising or tracking across apps and websites.
Any limited technical data processed by service providers is used to provide app functionality, load content, troubleshoot issues, protect the service, and improve reliability.
De Doofpot does not sell user data and does not share player answers with advertisers or data brokers.
Round answers are transient and are cleared when the active game flow ends or resets.
Technical logs or diagnostics handled by platform providers are retained according to those providers' operational and security practices. If a future version adds accounts, analytics, purchases, ads, cloud sync, or persistent answer storage, this policy will be updated before those features are released.
De Doofpot is intended for social party play and is not directed to children. Some prompt categories may include mature or personal themes.
You can stop using the app at any time. You can also avoid entering sensitive information in answers, reset a round to clear active answers, and update or remove the app from your device.
